AstroAshva is free to install. The only purchases are one-time packs of digital credits (100, 500 or 1,000 credits), bought inside the app through Google Play billing on Android or the App Store on iPhone. There are no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing renews automatically. Refunds on Android (Google Play)एंड्रॉइड पर रिफ़ंड (Google Play)

• Within 48 hours of the purchase, you can request a refund directly from Google Play: open your Google Play order history, choose the order and select Request a refund. Google decides these requests under its refund policy.खरीद के 48 घंटे के भीतर आप सीधे Google Play से रिफ़ंड माँग सकते हैं: Google Play ऑर्डर इतिहास खोलें, ऑर्डर चुनें और Request a refund दबाएँ। Google अपनी रिफ़ंड नीति के अनुसार निर्णय लेता है।
• After 48 hours, email hello@astroashva.com with the order number from your Google Play receipt (it starts with GPA.) and the reason. What happens to the creditsक्रेडिट का क्या होता है

• When a purchase is refunded, the credits from that purchase are removed from your balance.खरीद का रिफ़ंड होने पर उस खरीद के क्रेडिट आपके बैलेंस से हटा दिए जाते हैं।
• If a paid reading, reply or Kundali fails to complete, the credits held for it are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.अगर भुगतान वाली रीडिंग, उत्तर या कुंडली पूरी नहीं होती, तो उसके लिए रोके गए क्रेडिट अपने आप लौट आते हैं। आपको माँगना नहीं पड़ता।
• Credits do not expire and have no cash value. Welcome and invite credits are free and cannot be refunded or exchanged for money.क्रेडिट की समय-सीमा नहीं और इनका कोई नकद मूल्य नहीं। स्वागत और आमंत्रण क्रेडिट मुफ़्त हैं, इनका रिफ़ंड या पैसों में बदलाव नहीं होता।
• Deleting your account deletes its credit balance. Unused paid credits are not refunded on deletion unless the store refund rules above apply, so please ask about a refund first.खाता हटाने पर उसका क्रेडिट बैलेंस भी हट जाता है। बिना इस्तेमाल हुए खरीदे गए क्रेडिट खाता हटाने पर वापस नहीं होते, जब तक ऊपर के स्टोर रिफ़ंड नियम लागू न हों, इसलिए पहले रिफ़ंड के बारे में पूछ लें।
